Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Overview

MamaOnTrack ("we", "our", "us") helps families track health, appointments, and daily care for parents and children. Your data belongs to you. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Account info: email address, display name, and authentication details.
  • Family & health data you enter: child profiles, appointments, growth, sleep, feeding, medications, notes.
  • Usage data: minimal logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

3. How we use your data

Only to provide the service: store and sync your family's records across your devices, send reminders you've opted into, and protect your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use health data for advertising.

4. Sharing

Data is only shared with family members you explicitly invite. We use trusted service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery) under data-processing agreements. We will disclose data only if legally required.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is governed by row-level security so only you and the family members you invite can read your records.

6. Your rights

You can export, correct, or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings → Your account. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period and is irreversible after that.

7. Children

MamaOnTrack is intended for use by parents and caregivers. Child profiles are entered and managed by the responsible adult account holder.
