Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MamaOnTrack account and all associated data at any time. Here's how:

  1. Open the MamaOnTrack app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Settings icon.
  3. Scroll to Your account.
  4. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Schedule deletion.

What gets deleted

Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period so you can cancel if you change your mind. After 30 days, removal is permanent and irreversible.

No longer have access to the app? Email support@mamaontrack.com from your account's email address and we'll process the deletion for you.
